1-Another beneficial thing about PERT is that it provides estimations from multiple sources, and by comparing it makes more accurate estimations. PERT gives the mangers an accurate idea of budget and duration of the project completion. Mangers can distribute the work accordingly. Becasue of PERT planning, managers are able to schedule tasks realistically. Theses sections are not precisely limited to perfect results, there is room for errors within the sections. PERT also allows the managers to evaluate by seeing how each would affect its cpmpletion date. One benefit of PERT which no compareable technique provides is its capability to forecast problem area well in advance. Once the issue is detected, the manager can take immediate remedial action and try to fix the problem without further damages.
