You are to prepare a paper in which you discuss the information needed to construct the network and what types of information can we learn about the project by reviewing the project network with particular attention to the process of identifying the critical path? You are also to define what the critical path is and why it is important for the project manager to know what the critical path is. 2. The Risk Management process is comprised of four phases. You are to prepare a paper that discusses what each phase is comprised of; what the objective of each phase is; and the outputs of each phase.
