1. How we negotiate and resolve conflict comes down to who we are as individuals. Although outside factors have an influence, our morals, values, beliefs, and life experiences often determine our actions. words, and behavior during negotiations and conflict resolution.

So let's have a little fun this week in finding out about ourselves and take an assessment based on the Myers Briggs Personality Test.

1.Go to " humanmetricsto " take the assessment

2. Obtain your 4 letter personality type

3. Conduct a little research and explain your 4 letter personality type

4. Do you agree with the results? Why/why not?

5. Ask friends, family members, co-workers, etc if they think your 4 letter personality type is accurate

6. Have fun with this!

2. Please Respond to the below post.

After completing the assessment I have been awarded the four letter personality type of Introvert, INtuitive, Thinking, & Judging (INTJ). After researching this personality type I tend to have to agree with it. At first glimpse I was thinking in my mind that I am not this personality type at all. I am an analytical thinker and often set my mind and progress forward.

Based on the career choices I should flourish in management, law, engineering, or entrepreneurship. It is coincidental because my ultimate goal was to always be a lawyer. At this age that goal has passed me but I am currently getting my Masters in Administration and Leadership.

Ironically I should be in mid-level management and I am. Unfortunately I didnt get the school choice correct. One of the schools that was suggested for my degree was Kaplan. I did take time out to look into that school but made the ultimate decision to attend Strayer. Kaplan was a decent school but I really felt like Strayer was more geared towards me. The personal attention that I got played the major factor for me attending.

After talking to a few friends about this they advised that they concur. They believe that I am this due to me expecting people to make sense. I have been told that I genuinely think that people have no common core about themselves.

Also in my personal relationships they tell me that I give my companion too many chances. I must attest that I do end professional relationships quickly but I do stay in personal relationships longer than I should. Maybe now I can use this to help me be a better person and be able to have a viable and flourishing personal relationship.
