1- Find an article related to employee training and development issues. Write a 2 pages review of the article ( scholarly sources only) that includes the following:
Information source, date, author and title
Statement of key point in 1- 2 sentences
Synopsis of article’s content in your own words in 1-2 paragraphs
Statement of your agreement/disagreement with or evaluation of article’s content in 1-2 paragraphs. For example, if the article recommends a new training technique, do you agree with the author’s opinion of the technique? If the article you chose is not controversial, provide comments on items such as whether the article was well-written, whether it contained sufficient/accurate information, etc.
