Why am I having extreme side effects taking 3 5mg tablets, Ask an Expert

Why am I having extreme side effects taking 3 5mg tablets daily when I took 2 7.5mg tablets daily without any side effects? My hands are shaking, ocd thoughts out of control, trouble concentrating. I have tried taking 1 5mg tablet and then another several hours later taking another 5mg and the final 5mg by noon time. There was no change in side effects. What is the difference?
