You need to do "analysis of risk" based finance model

Analysis of Risk: risk analysis (business, financial, leverage), break-even analysis, results of sensitivity analysis (determine key value drivers).

To determine key value drivers you might want to take your medium demand FinModel spreadsheet and see how yearly cash flows are affected by changes in possible value drivers. For instance, look at the resulting percentage change in cash flow from a 1 % increase or decrease in material cost of goods sold, labor cost of goods sold, or some other item. Also, you could look at if you changed your terms for accounts receivable or accounts payable how that might change cash flows. Note that when trying to determine what are your firm's key value drivers you want to look at these variables one at a time. That is, see how percentage cash flows change for a change in one of the variables. Do not change a few of the variables simultaneously and see how cash flows change because you then could not make a statement on which variable was contributing the most to the change in cash flows. Finally, you can just say in a paragraph or two what are your main findings with respect to what are the key value drivers. You do not need to tabulate your results for this analysis.

Business Proposal(basic introduction)

Product Summary

(Name to be decided). Our product is an all-in-one nutrient bar that contains the majority of necessary daily vitamins and minerals. The target market includes health conscious individuals and athletes. The business our product is in is the meal replacement production industry, which is comprised of manufactures of protein bars, protein shakes and dietary supplements. The nutrition bar market has strong competition at this point in time. It will be up to us to create value on the idea of dividing a nutrition bar or the combination of nutrition bars into one seamless process (eatthis.com). The end result will be a nutrition bar of several variations that break into snack sized pieces you can eat throughout the day to give you one of several benefits.

Competitive Advantage

Every component of a meal is in one package. With this product we can cater to the lifestyle of the consumer, matching the nutrients provided with the nutrients needed for different lifestyles. One bar for instance, will focus on muscle building, one on energy, another for focus and weight loss. For example, one individual might like energy and sugars before the gym and protein afterward.

The differentiator is the packing of our product and how we can divide it into multiple pieces to be eaten throughout the day. With this being said, we should consider a patent on our packaging and we might use this as a second piece of the business where we can license the packaging to other bar production companies.

Competitors
KIND LLC. This company is the maker of Kind Bar, a healthy snack bar alternative. KIND LLC is also a privately owned company and was established in 2003. They employ a niche strategy; utilizing organic ingredients exclusively. In 2014, KIND LLC earned over half a billion dollars in revenue; which represented nearly 40% growth in year on year revenue.

Clif Bar & Company - This company specializes in the production of healthy snack bars. It also incorporates a socially and environmentally conscious strategy into its business model. Clif Bar & Company was formed in 1992 and has earned about half a billion dollars in revenue each of the last three years. KIND LLC sued Clif Bar & Company in 2014, alleging trademark infringement by the later.
