You are required to complete the following two tasks;

Task 1- Essay Format

Choose any one business organisation of your choice and discuss how it has been affected by the forces of both globalisation of markets and production.

(Sectors could include; Oil, Agriculture, mining, tourism, banking or financial services, information technology etc.).

Task 2- Report Format

Select one organisation of your choice and discuss the different challenges managers must deal with in the course of achieving their organisational goals and objectives.

Your discussion should include an evaluation of the following areas;

• Managing change
• Managing resources
• Managing strategically
• Managing entrepreneurially

You should also include in your report five recommendations on how managerial response can be enhanced.
