1. Using your favorite search engine, look up County Health Rankings & Roadmaps. If you can't find it, use this URL: http://www.countyhealthrankings.org/
2. Click on Rankings and enter Walker, TX in Find Your County or State
3. You have two general areas, Health Outcomes and Health Factors.
4. Explore the data for Walker County and one other Texas county.
Write a memorandum between 250 and 500 words describing the factors or outcomes that you feel are important. Please choose at least one major Health Outcome category (example Quality of Life) and one major Health Factor category (example Health Behaviors).
