Your paper should include:

A. How the ACA was formulated and the difficult legislative path taken for its eventual implementation. You should take into consideration the Supreme Court’s ruling to finally put the ACA into effect.

B. The impact of moving the U.S. towards universal health coverage.

C. How the ACA is being implemented in each state. Are all states cooperating?

D. Do you agree with the ACA? What parts would you change and what parts would you keep? Why?
