In this table the columns are years in which students graduated from the college with the Bachelor's degree. The rows are high school grade average for such students. In 1976, therefore, a random sample of 577 new college students showed that 419 had the high school average of A, 123 had the grade of B and so on.  (Employ the chart for problems 31 - 40.)  prepare down answers in decimal form.
