Suppose that we regress the number of races a marathon runner wins on the average time it takes the runner in a marathon in minutes and get the estimates for the intercept and slope coefficient respectively. Now we run the same regression but measure the average finishing time in hours instead of minutes and get a new set of estimated coefficients. Will the new slope be smaller or larger than the old slope?
