1 paragraph - Choose two of the 4 types of companies and describe these 2 companies

1 paragraph - Write the objective of your coursework paper

Second part, Discussion You must write 3 paragraphs in which must reveal your knowledgeabout commercial companies.

What is the content of your Discussion part ? = 1500 words

1 paragraph - discussion about the general and essential characteristics of type of the companies you have selected

1 paragraph - discussion on how the 2 companies you have selected are form, manage and liquidated in accordance with the laws in the Sultanate of Oman

1 paragraph - explanation on the process or procedures on how your chosen companies handle disputes or issues and differences that arise in their companies.

The tasks to do:

The commercial laws cover different types of companies. Some of these types are: general partnerships, limited partnerships, joint ventures, limited liabilities companies. Do a research and respond to the tasks given below. In the conveyance of your responses strictly follow the format and utilise those words in bold letters (below) as the subheadings in each section of your answers.

Introduction. Present an overview of the subject matter of the assignment. Choose two of the above-mentioned types of companies. Reflect on the assignment objective(s).

Discussion. In addition, based on your learning, discuss in brief the general and essential characteristics of each type of the companies you have selected. Discuss clearly how to form, manage, and liquidate your chosen types of companies in accordance with the laws in the Sultanate of Oman. Explain the process on how to handle disputes in each of your chosen types of companies.

Conclusion. Offer a brief but clear summary of the facts that you have provided with convincing/concluding interpretations of the sorted facts.

References. Application of Harvard referencing format is a must.
