3. Get the most recent Value Line page for Standex. Calculate its intrinsic value using the non-zero growth model. Compare its intrinsic value to the stock’s closing price on 2/9/18. Is Standex’s stock over or under valued?

4. Find Griffon’s intrinsic value using the combined dividends and earnings model. Follow the process we used in class by forecasting the cash flows for 2019, 2020, and 2021. Based on this result, is Griffon over or under valued?
