As people spend more and more time online, Click-to-Accept agreements have become increasingly common. Do people really read these types of agreements? Is it fair to hold consumers to these terms? Find an example of a case where a court did not enforce one of these provisions and explain the result.

Part 2:

The Uniform Commercial Code governs sales contracts. Other contracts are governed primarily by contract common law. Identify a situation where the UCC differs from contract common law. Why do you think that difference exists?

In the 20th and 21st century, consumer protection laws have proliferated. Do you think that these laws have become overly burdensome for businesses to comply with? Please identify specific statutes and/or regulations to support your argument.

Part 4:

As you have learned, there are many statutes that apply to the employee-employer relationship. Please cite a law or regulation that serves as a good example for your argument.

The Internet has made it much more convenient to engage in online transactions. Discuss some of the ways that the law is keeping up or lagging behind with these changes. Be sure to draw on an example from the way the banking industry (and the laws regulating this industry) has adapted?
