The (BAWB) is considered a change in the business principle. This principle is advocating for individuals to shift their attention to what is working, what they considered valuable an essentially building on the positive elements ("Business as Agent for World Benefit?" 2017).

For example, with regard to the case forums conducted in the year 2006 and 2009 for the business as an agent for the benefit of the world. This was essentially inspired by a lot of business interviews and societal innovations. In the 2006 global forum, it was discovered that business had the potential to become one of the driving force on the planet.

They have to overcome the challenge of trade-off illusion and they are tasked with a duty of conducting intensive research in order to attain sustainability. The forum was attended by nearly 500 leaders from different parts of the continent. The forum was significant in that it advocated for the creation of Principle of Responsible Management Education (PRME).

The second forum was held in 2009 with the main theme of (Manage in an error of Massive Innovation), the main aim was to make the main theme of promoting design thinking and advocating for better business practice and education in the society. There were over 600 business leaders who made various deliberations on business, policy, and management and made an exploration of the how design thinking could be used in creating a new form of industries in the market. They made an emphasis on how positive designer attitude could be used in making a transformation the current millennia corporate citizenship to become a good source of business opportunity.

The two forums are actually quite significant in showing how the business leaders can come together with the aim of making an improvement in the world of business. This can be achieved by making essential changes in the business principles which could play a pivotal role in running a business effectively.

Currently, this has been attained from learning and coming up with practical examples of how business leaders can come up with ways to make the corporate business a better place for the effective running of the business operations. With this all challenges, there are millions of initiatives that are aimed at bring care, support and innovation in order to produce better products and services to the world.
