Many complications may accompany type 2 diabetes, including heart disease, eye problems, and nerve damage. A recent study suggests that type 2 diabetes also affects bone strength.19 Suppose a random sample of patients at the Mayo Clinic aged 50 to 80 with and without type 2 diabetes was obtained. Researchers measured the bone material strength in each person's tibia using micro indentation testing. The data are given in the following table.

Note: The indentation data are unitless, and a larger value indicates less bone strength. Use the Wilcoxon rank-sum test with a = 0.05 to determine whether there is any evidence that patients with type 2 diabetes have less bone strength. Assume that the underlying distributions are continuous.
