Scenario for Tasks: You have been appointed as Financial Advisor for BreadTalk Group's expansion plan in South-East Asia. With the help of the above excerpts from the BreadTalk Group's 2015 Annual Report and the concepts learned in the module, answer the following -

Task 1 - Identify the sources of finance available to BreadTalk Group for its expansion plan in South-East Asia.

Task 2 - Assess the implication of the different sources of finance and analyse the cost associated with the source of finance as identified in Task 1.

Task 3 - a) Evaluate the appropriate source of finance for BreadTalk Group's South-East Asia.

b) Analyse the impact of the chosen source of finance on its financial statement.

Task 4 - a) Explain the importance of financial planning for BreadTalk Group in particular to its expansion plans.

b) Assess the information needs of the different departments (preferably finance, marketing and sales and HR) for the purpose of financial planning for expansion in South-East Asia.
