ASSIGNMENT TASK

Toward the end of the contract due to multiple staff changes you are engaged by the Employer to prepare interim valuations and in a "spirit of mutual trust and co- operation" the Contractor agrees to accept your valuations.

Time is running short and both parties want an interim payment to be made As Soon As Possible.

You will prepare the next valuation based upon the information in the appendix and prepare a financial report on the scheme for the Employer
