James was married and a manager for a large supermarket. He got involved with one of his cashier workers named Janet. After awhile he gave her a supervisory position in the cashier department. She was not very smart and did not have any knowledge about her new position and used her position to get what she wants. She mistreated a few employees and used employees right to her advantage to punish and reward. One of the cashiers who were mistreated by her stood up to her and got fired by James.

  • Deny salary increase because she was a bad employee
  • Insulted Amy for being not smart and telling her that no one liked her while Amy was loved by everyone.

Amy and her parents wants to sue the company for their young daughter exposure in this kind of environment and suing management for wrongfully firing their daughter.

Company's approach towards their employees was unethical. 35 years old and married James involved with a 20 years old Janet who also used her position wrongfully. Manager's negligence giving a position to an employee who does not know anything about legal issues created hostile work environment.
