The Senior Vice President would also like you to provide commentary on the importance of government regulations on financial institutions' (banks) operations. This information is required for the corporate business unit of the bank that supports companies in setting up accounts and ensuring documentation compliance for all new accounts opened.

- The Senior Vice president has also expressed concern that given the competitive environment, they would like you to select a bank in your jurisdiction and provide brief commentary on the institution's view on the banker / customer relationship. The comments should be documented in the report and can include any documentation and or researched material that may reveal the thought process or strategic direction of the bank's management on the customer/banker relationship.

- The Senior Vice president has highlighted that your report is critical for a management meeting that will be held on October 2, 2017 and has asked that your findings are comprehensively researched and presented. The report should be well structured and include but is not limited to two key headings in relation to documentation compliance and customer/banker relationship.

- Write a report to the Senior Vice President for Operations and Customer Service) in 1200 -1500 words based on the request and scenario. Make any assumptions where necessary and note that the word limit is not inclusive of bibliography and cover page.
