I am going to be honest with you all this has been challenging for me. I was have a difficult time trying to choose theses three leaders that are need and require for the final paper in unit 5.

To answer your question Professor, or as to whether the information that you are posting in the Discussion Board been helpful is researching and helping to compile information to begin the process of creating the paper in unit 5 the answer is definitely yes.

The information that you posted on the leaders is how I finally made a choice of the three leaders that will be used in the Individual project in unit 5. With that being said the Executive Summary is as follows.

"Executive Summary"

Purpose: The purpose is to research and compare and contrast different leadership styles of the three different CEOs and, or President of their organization.

It is after much pondering that the three leader that have been chosen are Tim Cook the CEO of Apple, Mark Zuckerberg who is a co-founder of Facebook, and last however, certainly not least is Larry Page who is the co-founder of Google. All of these Leaders are very successful in their own rights, as far as leading their organization.

The research will be in depth as the information that is included in this summary is not. There is much research that will be conducted however, I have barely scratched the surface because, I have just really made the final decision on the leaders that will be used in the Individual Project in Unit 5 on today. Mark Zuckerberg is one of the co-founders of social networking, and Facebook, launched in 2004. He is also its chairman and CEO, and led the company through its initial public offering in 2012. Zuckerberg is 31 years old(The Street, 2018).

Larry Page is the co-founded Google with Sergey Brin in 1998. He was CEO from 1998-2001. From 2001 through 2011 he was president of products for the search giant. Page re-took the helm in 2011 (The Street, 2018).

Tim Cook has been CEO of Apple since August 2011, succeeding Steve Jobs. Cook, who has been employed at the tech giant since 1998, is 54 years old (The Street, 2018).

Process: The process that will be utilized is to use all Scholarly Research that is acceptable by the University such as the school Library database, Internet, Google Scholar, The organization web site, .I also plan to do a individual background research on each of the leaders that have been chosen as well as any Learning Material that is a available in Muse, or the Intellipath Nodes to help allow one to construct the best detailed polished paper ,and answerer all the question that are in the requirement in unit 5 Individual project. The best method to ensure that all bullet points are addressed is to take them individually one at a time in conducting the research.

Findings: The finding is incomplete at this point however; the small amount of research that has been conducted has revealed that each of these leaders is at the helm of billion dollar organizations. For example, Larry Page who is the co-founder of Google company is worth 3.69 billion, Tim Cook who is the CEO of Apple ,Market Cap is 728 billion, Mark Zuckerberg who is one of the founder of Facebook at 225 billion.

Zuckerberg is referred to as a legend in his own time (The Street, 2018). These are just small amount of information that have been found thus far. The extensive research will start this week because; we are nearing the end of this course, as well as the fact that this information will become a pertinent part of the Individual Project in Unit 5.
