The current stock price is $48.88. The firm has just paid an annual dividend of $1.41, which is expected to grow by 4% per year.

The firm uses a risk premium of 3% for the bond-yield-plus-risk-premium approach.

New equity would come from retained earnings, thus eliminating flotation costs.
