Obtain a copy of a written contract that is available in Australia from the net or another source. For example you could download one of the many online contracts

Please provide the following information. Before answering below question kindly show which contract or name of the contract you are taking. For all questions use one contract.  

(i) Select three terms or line or clause in the contract that is written in complicated legal language. Highlight at least three different words or phrases or terms or line or clauses that you don’t understand, research their meaning and provide a definition for each one ACCORDING TO AUSTRALIAN LEGAL DECTIONARY.   Include an example if you think that will help. (5 marks)  500 words

(ii) Proved plain English ‘translation’ of that above three terms you chose in (i) above or another term.  The three different words or phrases or terms or line or clauses you use should write in simple clear English language without any hard terminology. Feel free to make significant changes to the structure or wording and to use everyday language.  (5 marks) 500 words 

(iii) Highlight six terms or line or clause as 3 conditions and 3 warranties in the contract.  Explain why you consider the highlighted as a term.  You then must classify each term as either a condition or warranty. Give example in IRAC methods with suitable examples of different cases laws according to conditions and warranties. Must include a brief explanation about why you think each one can be classified in this way. (10 marks) 800 -850 words
