Defendant was seen inside the office of a manufacturing company by police one evening. The office was supposedly locked, and the desk drawers and file cabinets had been closed for the evening. Defendant were unlawfully on the premises, and although some cabinet and desk drawers were found open, nothing was reported missing. Davis was charged with burglary.
