Find a firm of your choice from one of the stock market databases (Yahoo Finance or Bloomberg, for example). Find the average return and standard deviation of returns over the past 10 years. Perform industry and firm analysis comparing the firm’s performance to the industry performance. Why did you select that particular firm and what surprises have you uncovered with the work you have done so far?

Please calculate the average return and standard deviation monthly.
