3. The project report is 4-5 page paper on the topic you chose. Your report should have the format of a research paper. You should have an abstract and the following structure: introduction, two-three sections, conclusions, and references.The goal of the abstract is to give the reader and idea what your paper is about and, more importantly, convince the reader to read the rest of the paper. The introduction section should end with a roadmap of the rest of the paper. In the body of the paper describe one topic from the proposed list above explaining the process of the topic, comparing and contrasting the pros and cons of the topic for an individual or family, and finally make recommendations on what the individual or family should do if they want to invest in the topic or avoid the pitfalls of the topic.

Abstract:

In this paper a description of money market accounts and money mutual funds are explained. These two types of accounts are available for people wanting to invest their money in low-risk situations. A description of the financial mathematics is explained along with the pros and cons of each type account. Finally recommendations are given on which type of account one should invest in.

Introduction:

A money market account is a higher interest yielding account that is like a saving account and a checking account. In this paper, the differences between money market accounts and money market mutual funds are explained giving the pros and cons for each type of account. Then recommendations are given for individuals and families pursuing investments.

In this section, you will compare and contrast the two accounts and give the recommendations on what is the best account based on what you have analysed from the research you conducted. Synthesize your findings and provide what you would recommend based on your research. Include any formulas, procedures, or calculations that will illustrate your findings.
