describe- achieve a two way ANOVA with replication

Suppose you are the production manager of a company. Parachutes are knitted in your factory using a synthetic fibre purchased from one of four different suppliers. The most significant outcome for parachutes is strength of the fabric. You should decide whether the synthetic fibres from your four suppliers result in parachutes of equal strength (one main effect).There are two kinds of looms in the factory- the Jetta and the Turk. Are the parachutes knitted on the Jetta looms and those woven on the Turks looms equally strong (second main effect)?  Likewise are any changes in the strength of the parachute that can be attributed to the four suppliers dependent on the type of loom used (interaction effect)? You do an experiment to answer these problems and must eventually decide which supplier and kind of loom to use in order to manufacture the strongest parachutes. The data is below:
