The German multinational manufacturing firm, Siemens Industries, is debating whether to invest in a 2 year project in the United States.

The project's expected dollar cash flow consists of an initial investment of $2M with cash inflows of $1.4M in year 1 and $1.2 M in year 2.

The risk adjusted cost of capital for this project is 15%.

The current exchange rate is 1.10 Euros per USD.
