i) Express the probabilistic activities of the police patrol in the form of transition matrix.

ii) If the police car is currently at a call scene, determine the probability that an apprehension will take place in two patrols.

The number of customers requiring fittings appears to follow a Poisson distribution with mean arrival rate 24 per hour. Customers are fined on a first-come, first served basis, and they are always willing to wait for the tailor's service, because alternations are free.
