1. Developing the memo:

A. In the body of the memo write the sample logistic regression equation.

B. In the body of the memo interpret the meaning of the intercept and slopes for your fitted model.

C. In the body of the memo interpret the meaning of the Deviance statistic, the Pearson statistic, and the Hosmer-Lemeshow statistic, and then determine if the model is a good fit.

D. In the body of the memo comment on the overall statistical significance of your fitted model.

E. In the body of the memo interpret the meaning of each Wald Statistic Z for the various predictor variables in your fitted model. Comment on the statistical significance of each predictor variable in your fitted model.

F. In the body of the memo select a value for each of your independent variables in their relevant range:

(1) Predict the natural log of the estimated odds ratio.

(2) Obtain the estimated odds ratio of "event of interest" to "event not of interest."

(3) Obtain the estimated probability of the "event of interest."
