This is an individual assessment. You are to write a report relating to the questions stated below.  You are expected to draw on a number of sources for information in your report such as textbooks, newspapers, magazine articles and academic journals. 3. What are the ethical dilemmas that normally face the whistleblowers? Use two examples from your research to support your answer. These examples can be drawn from Australia or overseas.

4. Outline the legislative responses to whistle blowing in Australia and the United States of America.

5. Do you think whistle blowing and the legislative responses in Australia and the United States of America can achieve the desired outcome on improving ethical business practices and protecting whistleblowers? Why or why not? Explain your response.
