7) Prof Baleddalian claims that the average IQ of college students is at most 105. In a study conducted to test this claim, 150 students were selected at random, had an average IQ of 106.3 with a standard deviation of 8.2.  Use a level of significance of 0 .02 to test the claim.

9) To test whether boy and girls perform equally well on math exams, a standardized math test was given to 60 boys and 70 girls at Koda Kala Middle School.  The boys made an average score of 73 with a SD of 5, while the girls made an average score of 75 and a SD of 7.
