i) Compute exercise value of option

ii) Why is investor eager to pay 50 cents the option when stock is going for $35?

ii) Compute the exercise value if price of stock increases to= $42 per share.

iii) If exercise price for both call option and the put option is= $40, which will have higher premium if underlying stock price falls to= $30 per share? describe why?
