Company ABC is a financial service company. ABC's debit network, BEAT, stores a large amount of information about banks in a database. If a bank wants to change any of this information, they submit a change request to BEAT. This happens on a daily basis beginnging at 07:00.
The process for making these changes is as follows:
-A client services team member reviews the request
-A client services team member adds additional information to the request form
-A client services team member submits the request to the database team
-A Databse team member enters the request into the system
-A Quality Assurance team member validates the request was implemented correctly.
By midday, the requests begin backing up and we want to know why.
