CLEPTO (the husband) and MANIAC (the wife) have been married for thirty-five years and they live and own property in Louisiana that consists of both separate and community property. They have five natural children, namely BUBBA, who is 32 years old and says God will provide for him so he doesn’t have to work; COOTER, who is 30 years old and refuses to work saying the world owes him a living; OLA MAE and LUNA FAE, 28 years old and are twins who claim they have taken a vow of poverty, chastity and obedience to Willie Nelson and they need supporting until Willie pops the big question and RUPERT, who is 25 years old and claims to be mentally challenged from sniffing airplane glue all his life but this has never been proven. Clepto and Maniac have an adopted child, ELMO, who is 23 years old and is the javelin catcher on the NSU track team. The couple also has a foster child, LEROY, who is 20 years old and has been raised by the couple since he was an infant. To make matters worse, Clepto has an unacknowledged illegitimate daughter named OOPS, who is 18 years old at the time of Clepto’s death. On April 1, 2013, Clepto has his lawyer draw up a Notarial Will in which Clepto leaves everything he owns at the time of his death to the “SOCIETY FOR THE PROTECTION OF WEIRD CHILDREN”. On April 22, 2013 Clepto is killed when he is crushed by a giant gnat as he was leaving MAMMA TOOTS HOUSE OF PAIN AND PLEASURE. Maniac and all the children come to you for advice. Maniac says she should get all the property because the children are no good and should have been drowned at birth. The children say they should get it all because Maniac is, in fact, a transvestite (someone who likes to dress up in the opposite sex clothing). The Society says they should get it all because that’s the way Clepto wanted it. WHO IS RIGHT AND WHO IS WRONG AND WHO GETS WHAT AND WHY?
