Instructions

1) Utilizing critical thinking skills, analysis of the content you read for the Unit and the IRS' self-employed guidelines, compare and contrast the following cases on Independent Contractors.

2) Your analysis should be comprehensive, fully supported, justified, explained, specific, and detailed in rationale (this is the most important requirement of this project).

3) The format is double spaced, size 12 point Arial font, Microsoft Word document.

4) Only citations in proper APA format from the cases or your textbooks may be used. NO outside sources.

5) Include an introduction and conclusion along with a reference and cover page.

6) There is no length requirement for the paper, but it should be approximately 3 pages minimum (not counting cover page), in order to be sufficiently justified, in depth.

7) Remember, this is an independent project and all projects may be submitted to Turn-it-in.
