Been on Effexor now for two weeks at 37.5mg twice a day. I am getting so discouraged as I feel I have one of each of the side effects. The most recent one being extreme fatigue. I was on Celexa for 6-7 years and needed to try something new because it wasn't helping my depression or anxiety. Will I ever feel normal again?
