Be aware, however, that you need to identify the off-site point of beginning as well as the point of beginning of the tract you will be describing. you will note that at each corner of the land surveyed there is the term "I.P.F." This is short hand for "iron pipe found" noting that the parcel of land had been surveyed previously and the iron pipe was hammered into the ground to designate the corner of the property.
