Prepare a report to the CEO explaining the following:

1. What items and/or factors would you be most concerned with? Why? [Identified Problems]

2. How would you share this data with employees? That is, what process would you use? [Feedback Approach]

3. What process or intervention(s) would you use to try and improve the items or factors you identified in Q1? [Suggested Interventions]  

Suggested Format and Writing Style The paper should be four (4) pages at the minimum in a double-spaced, excluding the cover and reference page. Instead of essay style, the use of headings, bullet points, and tables are recommended whenever necessary.
