To understand the full magnitude of multiple projects and a portfolio of projects, you will need to assess the effectiveness of the management of multiple projects and a portfolio of projects through research. You will have to determine what key areas you want to include in your paper. The complexity of managing multiple projects or a portfolio of projects requires considerable knowledge and skill. For each of the projects you will have to identify and deal with stakeholder issues related to multiple project management and management of project portfolios. This assignment will initiate your research of project portfolio management and multiple projects management. Write a paper comparing and contrasting the differences and similarities between project portfolio management and the management of multiple projects.
