ASSIGNMENT: Up and Away Airlines

You are the Business Development Manager of 'Up and Away Airlines' an airline which is operating in the GCC countries.

You and a colleague have been requested by the Regional Manager to investigate extending flights to the UK. Before going any further with this initiative, it is considered important to establish the legal implications of running a business in the UK.

A specific requirement is that you provide background information about the legal framework within which any business operates in the UK, including a description of the sources of law in the UK, the English Court System, Alternative Forms of Dispute Resolution in the UK and International Dispute Resolution.

The assignment is to be 1500 -2000 words and presented, by an individual OR in pairs, as a professional report including citations and a List of References identifying all of your sources.
