1. Prepare a report that explains the use of bail in Western Australia.

A description of the conditions that may be, and are, commonly applied in granting bail (making reference to relevant legislation AND relevant journal articles)

A discussion of the benefits of bail

A discussion of the criticisms of bail.

A conclusion regarding the use of bail, including its purpose, benefits and criticisms and whether the use of bail should continue, in its current form, in Western Australia.
