Assignment -

Complete the comprehensive healthcare applications assignment. Please note that you cannot choose the dataset I chose for this example.

Select a dataset that you find interesting. However, the dataset must have at least 3 quantitative variables. If it doesn't, you won't be able to complete parts of this assignment.

You will use this data set to develop a position paper to your county health department describing the importance of the data and how this data will impact clinical practice.

Part One - download & import the data set into StatCrunch or Excel. Create an APA formatted paper with references.

(1) Identify the dependent & independent variable.

(2) Identify and explain a null hypothesis using your dataset.

(3) Identify a probability distribution based on your data set and explain the results.

(4) Calculate the correlation coefficient between two variables and run a regression. You should identify whether there is a statistically significant relationship. Provide the regression line calculated and interpret the slope coefficient.

(5) Create a minimum of 3 graphs (learned in this course) that utilize your variables and label each graph. Explain what they show.

(6) Run a minimum of four statistical tests (learned in this course) that can be used to support your stance and explain the results of each test.

Part Two - In a 1-2 page APA formatted position paper, describe the data set you selected and provide a link. Utilizing the data, graphs, and tests that you ran in Part I, clearly explain how the results support your stance on the importance of this information and how the data will impact clinical practice. Be sure to include a link to the data you selected.

Part Three - Provide a step by step overview using Kaltura showing how you create the three graphs you select in step 5. Submit your Kaltura video along with your word document submission. Your Kaltura video MUST include a webcam component showing your face while completing the above requirements. If a webcam component is not included, the paper submission will not be accepted or graded. Make sure you are cognizant of this because once the course ends, it ends. Nothing will be accepted after the course ends.

Need to write it in narrative form.
