Assignment -
Given 4 datasets regarding (compare spatial and temporal patterns in air quality and ground waters at two different locations) to be programmed separately using R and total of 2500 words below is the requirements;
1. The datasets need to be prepared a accordingly
2. The datasets needs to be cleaned such as
- (Na) values should be replaced not removed
- Outliers should be fixed not removed
- The dates should be fixed not removed
- All the values below 0 and has 999.999 something like that needs to be fixed as i don't want to have (-) minus number in the data it means under 0 or above 99999
- The flag columns needs to be terminated as i don't need them (basically remove all the columns with flag)
3. The datasets have to be analysed applying those futures
- Changepoint
- Timeserise
- Partitioning
- Any packages are needed can be used
4. The datasets need to be visualised
5. Writing 500 words for each datasets to explain what has been done all the way through programming and what has happened afterwards to the dataset.
6. Another minimum of 500 words to compare the datasets with each other.
7. We have 2 weeks.
Note - The datasets need to be done within 1 week time frame and if you notice the above datasets have 2 columns wind speed and wind direction apart from comparing the 4 datasets with each other want these 2 columns (wind speed and wind direction) to be compared separately please.
