(B) Suppose automobiles in the lowest % in terms of miles per gallon are labeled as lemons. The automobile you purchased is getting 24 miles per gallon for city driving. Did you get stuck with a lemon? Please explain.

(C) Determine the miles per gallon such that approximately 75% of the automobiles of this model have less than this miles per gallon. (Please show steps)
