A study was conducted to compare effectivenes of applied relaxatin techniques and the applied relaxation method with  biofedd back in patients with chronic low back pain (stron, cramond and mass 1989) Twenty female patients were randomly assigned to each and every treatment group, and the treatments were then provided. One of dependent variable studied was the change in the pain rating index-basedon the Mcgill pain problemnaire  between pre and post treatment. Patients were as well followed for the longer period but those reuslts aren't employed in this exercise. The actual change data were not shown in article but the following table contains hypothetical changes for the two groups.

Use the proper one or two sided test for null hyopthesis of no difference in the medain changes in ain rating between the groups at the 0.10 significance level. Provided the rational for your choice of either one sided or two sided test.
