A job training program trained thousands of participants. After training was completed, a random sample of 64 of these participants showed that only eight had retained jobs in which they were placed for more than three months. If we wished to estimate percentage of trainees retaining jobs for more than 3 months (supposing that the 64 comprised a random sample of all trainees) with 95% confidence, what would that estimate be and what is  margin of error?
