5-page Ethical Development paper-Lay out a plan for your ethical growth in the future

Suggested format-[you may develop your own, or modify the one below]

Describe a company ("My Adult Ethics, LLC") with a board of 4-6 people who provide advice to you and help you grow ethically; include some people who are famous and/or dead as well as some you know personally.

Describe the individual board members and how you hope their qualities will help you grow.

Describe at least two challenges in your work, personal, and/or community life you expect to face going forward, and how the LLC may help you address them.

Describe at least one person whose "My Adult Ethics, LLC" you would like to serve on, and how you think you can help them. Refer at some point in your paper to Kohlberg's stages, and also to "golden mean" (Aristotle) and "yin-yang" (Laozi) approaches.

Include a name and mission for your company, and the length of the terms you will ask living board members to serve. (In writing your paper, you may want to draw on the material in my book proposal to Routledge, attached as a separate document, especially the portions in bold, but you need not.)

Suggested format-

Part I. Name of your LLC, with one sentence mission;

Part II. Names and backgrounds and terms of board members, with what you hope/expect their particular contributions would be; include at least one famous figure of whom you would ask, "What would X say?";

Part III. At least one person whose LLC you would like to serve on, and how you think your temperament and skills might help them;

Part IV. Two challenges you expect to face in your life going forward;

Part V. How you might face those challenges in your life with your board's help in either a balancing/calm/phlegmatic/following/status quo/golden mean, yin and yang together way, a radical/driven/choleric/disruptive/ "turn over the applecart" way, and/or a sanguine way, as described in my book and the ppts explaining the book.
