After that, you talked to your manager and told him/her that this is a complex problem. During the discussion, what analysis tool would you recommend? Why?

Also, discuss what you (or the person you know) should have done differently. If you are not able to think of an example, it is okay to discuss a recent company's poor decision based on a problem-solving trap. What should the company have done differently? Why?
