The importance of the usage of RFID tags is not a question. How the industry can implement and use RFID tags more efficiently and provide a more accurate real time update to the consumer is in development. "Experts state that global sourcing of RFID tags to have a compound annual growth rate of 22.4% through 2018. Some other experts believe the passive RFID tag market will grow to almost 7 billion tags in the next year, primarily through retailer adoption of UHF RFID tags for shelf-level stock replenishment." (MikeD, 2015) This number is expected to grow to 25 billion tags by 2020 specifically for retail apparel and shoes, with even more tags deployed on high-value, high complexity retail items. Experts also anticipate rapid growth of RFID use in the pharmaceutical market for anti-counterfeiting applications." (MikeD, 2015)

Warehouse Management will become more efficient with advancement in RFID technology. The RFID-enabled equipment, such as forklifts and handheld RFID readers, automates information capture. What this does is it allows thousands of items to be scanned simultaneously which eliminates costly, error-prone pen and pencil recording or time-consuming handheld barcode scanning. (Motorola, 2011) The RFID automation increases picking and put-away efficiency, maximizes order accuracy and minimizes re-deliveries, which makes labor productivity enhanced throughout the facility. (Motorola, 2011) Most importantly the RFID streamlining end-to-end workflow will assure that the correct products will reach the correct customers in a timely fashion ultimately making your business processes flow more efficiently.

I want to wish every one of you the best in your future endeavours. I hope that you all excel at everything that you want to accomplish.

ANSWER THE QUESTION BELOW; PUT IT IN LAST PARAGRAPH.

Furthermore, Pharma industry uses RFID to reduce counterfeiting by maintaining drug pedigree thus saving time and money product recall situations. Also, the RFID technologies has attached to wrist bands for patients to help them in reducing waiting time for patient in hospitals to be served by doctors, researchers and other service staff. Therefore, it will culminate the need for standing or waiting in queues and enable patient to move about freely and be informed whether the service is ready to be administered. Further, it enables division of patients for diverse service levels based on the category to which each patient belongs (Babu, 2015). From above application and potential uses: theft is reduced, first flow of material is enhanced, instant authentication of materials is achieved, reduces storage costs and improving customer service satisfaction.

Do you think that there should be mandatory regulation by the FDA to issue all hospitals and pharmacies to track drugs?
